Professional Women in the Collection Industry (PWCI) is a networking group that was established in 2006 to provide a catalyst for the professional women leaders in the collection industry to support professional & personal growth, enable success, and make a positive difference for their member’s families, companies and communities.  The group's focus is to establish a network which will drive the collections industry to embrace initiatives that support the effort to recruit, retain, develop and nurture women of all levels, in particular senior leadership. Additionally they look to establish role models, sponsors and mentors, both male and female.
