Cleveland-based Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR), a creditors’ rights law firm, is pleased to announce the formal expansion of its Commercial/Agency Practice Group (CAPG). The CAPG is a dedicated team of attorneys and support professionals providing comprehensive default and legal services to collection agencies and companies with commercial accounts. Services include, but are not limited to: arbitration, bankruptcy, collateral recovery, contract review, litigation & defense, pre and post-judgment collections, probate recovery and registering foreign judgments.

Jim Kozelek, CAPG Director, and Joseph McGreevy, CAPG Collection Manager, head the expanded CAPG.  Mr. Kozelek states, “It’s exciting to see our group grow. We have been working with commercial and collection agency clients for quite some time now and have a keen understanding of the unique nature of commercial debt and agency placements. The expansion of our group allows us the opportunity to offer our clients more personalized service designed to specifically meet their needs.”
