Admerex Limited, the provider of credit and collections systems, today announced that Moneyway, headquartered in the UK, has selected Admerex CWX as its core collections systems to replace its legacy Tallyman system. Moneyway will install Admerex CWX, one of the world’s leading credit and collections software packages, to improve collections and recovery rates while increasing efficiency in the collections department.

Gary Jennison, Chief Executive of Moneyway, says “Our existing collections system was due for an upgrade and we decided  to look  to the market to explore our alternatives. Areas of key importance for us were a system that was user friendly and functionally rich. Following a rigorous selection procedure we selected Admerex who was the clear leader in both these areas.”

Admerex CWX will bring Moneyway’s collection activities together across its OneBill accounts, mortgages, loans and its insurance portfolio.

Rob Yeldon, Admerex CEO, adds: “We are delighted that Moneyway has chosen Admerex CWX. Admerex is pleased to offer Moneyway a proven upgrade path from its legacy Tallyman system. Advocating self sufficiency, we are able to drive down the cost of ownership of our clients’ collection systems through the rapid implementation and modification  of  Admerex CWX. With its flexible rules management and reporting, the market is increasingly recognizing the magnitude of the ROI achievable from Admerex CWX.”

Moneyway, formerly known as Secure Trust Bank plc, is part of Arbuthnot Banking Group plc. There are currently 23 High Street branches across the Midlands and North of England. Head office is based in Solihull, West Midlands. In total the company employs 360 people.
