PR - Mirand Releases Collection Agent Staffing Program

Mirand Response Systems, a full service account receivable management company with headquarters in Houston, Texas, today announced that they have successfully released their Supplemental Collection Agent Staffing Program to all members of ACA International – The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.

The Supplemental Collection Agent Staffing Program provides fully licensed, certified ACA trained, and experienced Collection Agents to ACA members needing to supplement their own collection staff, or to agencies looking to reduce labor costs by outsourcing agent staffing. The program is available at a per hour flat rate well below domestic industry averages, and includes salary, bonus, commissions, benefits, HR costs, supervision, telecomm, and overhead.

“You don’t have to talk to very many ACA agency members to know that recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and motivating collection agents is a very costly endeavor,” said Don Singer, Chief Marketing Officer for Mirand.  “The Supplemental Collection Agent Staffing Program gives agencies the ability to lower costs, supplement their own in-house staff, or add business in states where they are not licensed, at a very attractive per hour fee – typically at about half of the cost to do it internally.”
