Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Transworld Systems Inc., an industry leader in profit recovery, and San Diego-based LeonardoMD, Inc., a premier provider of web-native practice management and clinical software, recently collaborated to offer medical practices a completely integrated solution to streamline the collections process for slow-paying patient accounts and insurance resolution. LeonardoMD selected Transworld as the collection agency to offer its collections service, GreenFlag Profit Recovery, to all LeonardoMD clients at preferred pricing.

The seamless GreenFlag / LeonardoMD interface minimizes internal efforts and reduces billing costs, subsequently increasing practices' cash flow. Practices have two options in order to transfer their delinquent accounts to Transworld Systems to handle the collections -- they can flag them and send them over with a few mouse clicks, or they can establish pre-determined parameters for when collections are to begin, and the system will automatically send them over to Transworld Systems.
