CBaySystems (India) Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of technology-enabled BPO (business process outsourcing) services for the healthcare industry today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. CBayIndia has been awarded this official recognition by BSI for meeting the guidelines set out by the International Organization for Standardization. CBayIndia was evaluated on its commitment to continuous quality management and improvement of Medical Transcription and Healthcare BPO services including application, development, support and maintenance.

This certification acknowledges CBayIndia’s allegiance to quality assurance in healthcare BPO services and processes for healthcare systems, hospitals and physician practices.
