PR - Auto Finance Firm Regional Acceptance Names its Agency of the Year

Jacksonville, Fla.-based accounts receivable management solutions provider Central Credit Services, Inc. (CCS) was named 2007 Collection Agency of the Year by Regional Acceptance Corp., it was announced Tuesday. This marks the third successive year Central Credit Services has won the award.

Regional Acceptance Corp. is a national automotive finance company with 40 branch locations in 19 states. This is the third year the award has been presented.

Commenting on the award Neil Boardman, Regional Acceptance Corporation’s VP of Recovery & Asset Remarketing stated “In 2005 James J. Eccleston, President and CEO of Central Credit Services shared with us the business plan and aggressive growth objectives for the company. This plan was coupled with a mission statement that “growth will not come at the expense of performance to CCS partners”. Focus on this plan and mission statement has enabled the consistently high levels of performance CCS has historically provided. We watched as the staff increased by over 300% from 2005 to 2007. Despite such rapid growth, performance continues to improve, as reflected by this award”.

Jacksonville, FL based Central Credit Services, Inc. is the longest serving of 7 agency partners with Regional Acceptance Corporation. Speaking at the award presentation at Central Credit Service’s main offices, Grant Ramsay, Recovery Agency & Attorney Manager for Regional Acceptance Corp. stated “Although there have been challengers for the title of Agency of The Year, once again CCS has delivered the successful blend of quality performance and consistency. This is testament to the drive and dedication of this skilled and motivated group of managers and team members. Congratulations to all the staff at CCS!”

Several levels of assignments are used by Regional Acceptance Corporation in servicing the post charge-off portfolio. The award was based on overall agency performance. This included performance in relation to monthly and annual collections goals as well as client services factors reflecting ease of use.
