Peter Quinn to Join Bank of America as Utilities Debt Research Analyst

Bank of America today announced that Peter D. Quinn is expected to join the Debt Research group in Banc of America Securities as a senior research analyst to provide high-grade and high-yield fixed income research on the utilities sector. Quinn, who will start in July, will be based in New York and report to Greg Ransom, Global Head of High Grade Debt Research.

"Having covered the utilities sector for over 15 years, Peter brings valuable experience and insight to the platform and we are excited to have him join our team," said Ransom. "Peter's hire is further affirmation of our commitment to provide our investor clients with superior, full-service research coverage across the corporate debt spectrum."

Bank of America's Debt Research Group is comprised of more than 30 senior analysts in high-grade, high-yield and credit strategy research, covering the majority of the corporate debt sectors.

Most recently, Quinn was a senior fixed income analyst at Goldman Sachs covering the utilities sector. Prior to that, he spent eight years covering utilities at JPMorgan. Quinn received a master of business administration degree with a concentration in corporate and international finance from Duke University.
