Ontario Systems Selects Loquendo TTS for Voice Messaging Solution

Ontario Systems, LLC., a technology leader in debt collection software solutions, is pleased to announce an agreement with Loquendo, the global speech technology company, to power Ontario Systems’ voice messaging solution, Verified Contacts, with Loquendo’s innovative, multilingual speech technology.

This technology provides Ontario Systems’ clients with the highest-quality text to speech solution featuring the most expressive voices available. Loquendo speech technology will be used in Ontario Systems’ Verified Contacts product, the company’s fully integrated voice messaging solution.

The Verified Contacts solution from Ontario Systems makes thousands of automated outbound calls, utilizing Loquendo speech technology to personalize calls, addressing each customer by name. Text to speech is key in voice messaging campaigns and it has proven to double right-party contacts. In addition, Ontario Systems’ clients can use this technology to power staffed dialer campaigns with FOTI-compliant answering machine messages tailored with account specific data.

Loquendo TTS is the only speech product that offers an emotional component — known as Gilded TTS — which delivers expressive, lifelike synthetic speech.
