Ontario Systems Integrates IP-Based Telephony Platform

Ontario Systems has fully integrated Guaranteed Contacts IP, the market-leading VoIP telephony platform, into its collection applications. GCIP is an IP-based enterprise telephony product developed specifically for the collections industry. It has been created through a partnership between Ontario Systems and Interactive Intelligence, the leading global IP-based telephony provider.
  
Guaranteed Contacts IP offers a broad range of functionality and is designed to work specifically for the receivables management industry. Now integrated to the leading collection solutions software, Ontario Systems' FACS and Artiva product lines, GCIP allows users to eliminate the need for uploading and downloading account information to stand-alone dialers, instead delivering accounts to the dialer as they are needed, based on real-time account information.
