Online Resources Launches Disbursement Payment Solution

DIRECTV is one of five major billers that implemented the service in the first quarter.

Typical uses include refunds, rewards payments, credit card balance transfers, settlements, escrow payments, insurance claims, royalty payments and flexible spending account reimbursements.
