Great another company that is off shoring US jobs - I was just laid off from a decent job because it is being moved overseas... When does it stop??

I was just woundering how many US based jobs they laided off in the past two months? This is why America is falling apart. If our US based companies would keep work in the US our economy would not be in danger. Don't misunderstand me I'm all about helping out other countries, but the United States should come first before any other country if the company is based in the United States.

If they continue taking our work to the Philippines, someone better train them in the State Laws and the FDCPA and learn to answer questions that are asked of them, instead of hanging up on you because you asked a question that is on answered on their script in front of them.

The US government should stop NCO and all it's affliates from bidding or working peroid on any education recovery or tax IRS recovery or any other entity of the federal government run business until the last 10 years the jobs they have outsourced are returned to the US citizens. What about it democrats put your money where your mouths were last election.

It's business, and as described as a "powerhouse", certainly off shore project investments may yield profitability. Risks would be less quality performance however in terms of costs and overhead, this is a no-brainer and with the proper training, service and production quality will eventually measure up.
A colleague of mine just transfered over there to lead the ramp up.

If you got laid off you should have done a better job hitting the number/servicing your clients. I have been offshoring for 12 years now and I will tell you this much.....if the offshore sites don't turn a decent yield then they too make cuts. its the same no matter where you collect a debt. That said, good people who do well can find work anywhere. If you want to create more jobs in America then become more competitive or open up your own agency. then again its neysayers like you that keep me in the pink. thanks for the extra market... share......here and overseas
