MSB Now Offering 24/7 Telephonic Account Access to Customers with Toll Charges for the 183A Toll Road

Austin, Texas – Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) is pleased to announce the successful implementation of an Account Access service for the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority. The service is available by phone 24 hours a day for customers who have been mailed a toll bill for use of the 183A toll road in Austin. Customers can call 1-888-811-4565 toll free and choose option 1 to access their account information. The system allows customers to obtain account information and make payments at any time without the need to speak with a customer service agent. Customers can still choose to be transferred to a live agent during normal business hours.

“With the new telephonic Account Access service available, customers are now able to get information about their account and make payments, whenever it is most convenient for them,” said Patrick J. Swanick, Chief Executive Officer at MSB.

In addition to giving customers more convenient access to their account information, the automated system has reduced the number of account inquiries made to customer service agents. This has resulted in customers spending less time on hold waiting to speak with an agent. The number of customers using the telephone system has been increasing since it was activated; indicating customers are finding the service to be beneficial.
