"I'm reminded of an old adage that says if you want to cut down more trees, sometimes you need to stop and sharpen the saw," commented Patrick J. Swanick, Gila Corporation's Chief Executive Officer. "Professional collectors, like all business people, need ongoing training and performance feedback to reach their peak effectiveness. In a recent client satisfaction survey, our customers reinforced their expectation that we'd continue to deliver collection rates above industry averages. This training investment demonstrates that we listen to and act upon client feedback," says Swanick. "Providing specialized training to all collectors shows our Company's true commitment to being the best at what we do."
