SAN FRANCISCO — LiveVox, the leading provider of hosted-dialer solutions, today announced that LiveVox Chief Marketing Officer John McNamara will moderate discussions on managing collection operations during recession with a cross-section of collection industry leaders at the Fourth Annual Credit and Collection News Conference on April 2, in Carlsbad, CA.

Tapping into the views of creditors, government collections officials, credit unions and agencies, McNamara will drive discussions about how organizations in each of these groups will attempt to sustain their operations in the current economic downturn in a session titled “Trying to Maintain Your Numbers in ’09.” The session will feature four short discussions with executives from each of these groups, given their unique points of view.

“These discussions will be valuable because they will feature operational tips and the industry outlook from well respected individuals across the credit and collections industry,” McNamara said. “The entire collection space is facing tough choices about managing agents, clients and technology in this economy, but recessions create can pave the way for better ran companies who thrive when the economy rebounds.”
