The Las Vegas Municipal Court, which oversees collections for misdemeanor cases including criminal and traffic fines, will deploy Revenue Results software to automate correspondence and streamline account entry, as well as track and assign accounts for increased management and monitoring.  More than ever, state, county and city governments across the country are faced with increasing pressures to improve revenue recovery efforts amidst budget shortfalls and the challenging economic climate.

“Revenue Results gives us the tools that we need to bring new levels of collection efficiency and automation that were never before available,” said John Williams, Judicial Enforcement Supervisor, Las Vegas Municipal Court. “We are excited for the software implementation and to benefit from the increased knowledge, insight and productivity that we will gain as a result.”

Revenue Results is designed to automate the many manual tasks in the debt collection lifecycle and to increase productivity on tracking, management and follow-up of debtors. Revenue Results is available as a standalone installation or as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The software offers government users the ability to streamline account entry, due diligence tracking of accounts, matching like debtors, automated correspondence, payment plan setup, work list capability, graphical reporting and more.

“Today, increased revenue recovery efforts on local and state levels are more critical than ever in order to maintain and continue important public service programs,” said Steve Ard, president, RevQ.  “We are pleased that the Las Vegas Municipal Court selected to implement Revenue Results and look forward to working together to help drive increased results with their collection efforts.”
