Judy Hammond to Speak at Ontario Systems’ Conference

Judy Hammond, president of Resource Management Services, Inc., will speak at Ontario Systems’ Annual Educational Conference. The conference will be November 5-8 in downtown Indianapolis.

Resource Management Services provides the industry with reliable, insightful and innovative consulting services for achieving improved returns from delinquent and charged-off accounts. As part of the conference’s executive track, Hammond will discuss trends and key performance indicators every industry executive should measure.

The AEC also will include a presentation by Tim Searcy, chief executive officer of American Teleservices Association. He will lead a panel discussion on how pending telecommunications legislation could impact the debt collection industry. Other executive track sessions include discussions on nearshoring/offshoring, improving collection efficiency and measuring dialer success.
