I.C. System, a leader in the accounts receivable management industry, announced it has been awarded a contract with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to be included on Federal schedule 520-4, Debt Collection.  GSA awarded a contract to I.C. System based on the firm’s qualifications to include past performance, demonstrated quality control, nationwide capabilities, and financial strength.

Working in conjunction with Net Gain Marketing (www.netgain4results.com) to complete the proposal development and contract negotiation process, I.C. System is now poised to compete for any Federal debt collection contract, including those issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Financial Management Service (FMS) under the Department of Treasury, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Department of Education (ED).
