Executive Changes: Vision Financial Announces VP Appointments

Vision Financial Corp., one of the most successful young companies in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry, continues to firm up its focus on financial services solutions with the appointment of Jim Crawford and Scott Cahalane as Vice Presidents of Business Development.

Jim Crawford brings with him over twenty four years of successful technical sales and sales management experience including nineteen years dealing in the collection and recovery industry. Jim comes to Vision from United Recovery Systems where he was responsible for new business development and managing existing client relationships for the national accounts receivable management firm.  Prior to URS, Jim held various sales and sales management positions with London Bridge Group, a highly successful collections and recovery software provider to major banks, card issuers, retailers, and other consumer credit grantors.

Scott Cahalane brings 17 years of collections experience to his role with Vision Financial Corp.  Scott joined Vision after spending two years at Firstsource Advantage, where he was as a Vice President of Operations. Prior to Firstsource, Scott was the Vice President of Collections Servicing at Wells Fargo Bank responsible for managing the Credit Card and Home Equity lines of business. Scott was also an Assistant Vice President at PNC Bank in charge of pre and post charge-off management and began his career as a Collections Managers for Sears Credit where he was responsible for all levels of pre charge-off delinquency.

Additionally, Vision Financial Corp. is pleased to announce the promotion of Todd Hollrah to Vice President of Call Center Operations. Todd joined the Vision team in 2007 after being with GC Services for twelve years. “Todd has been a key part of our success. I am proud and very appreciative of the level of professionalism and dedication that he has demonstrated over the past year,” said Dauman.
