Executive Changes: RMS Announces Executive Appointments

• David Huebner, formerly RMS President and CEO, has now assumed the position of Chairman with the creation of an Office of the Chairman
• Michael Baldwin, formerly RMS President U.S., has become President and CEO along with joining the Office of the Chairman 
• Michael Kronenfeld, will maintain his positions as Chief Financial Officer, and will also join the Office of the Chairman
