Executive Change: Stacey J. Schacter to OSI Portfolio Services as President

OSI Portfolio Services, Inc. announced Friday that Stacey J. Schacter has joined the company in the role of President-Portfolio Operations.

Schacter, an industry veteran, will be responsible for all day-to-day operations for this growing purchaser of domestic and international portfolios. "Stacey joins OSI at a significant time of growth for the company," stated Kevin Keleghan, President and CEO of Outsourcing Solutions Inc. "He brings to the position years of executive leadership and portfolio experience from industry-leading organizations. Prior to joining OSI, Schacter was CEO of debt purchaser EMCC, Inc. and a partner in the law firm of Statman, Harris & Eyrich, LLC.
