Executive Change: Rod Hooktwith to Head Aktiv Kapital Canada
Erik Oyno, CEO of Aktiv Kapital, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rod Hooktwith as Country Manager of Aktiv Kapital’s Canadian Operation.
Prior to joining Aktiv Kapital, Mr. Hooktwith served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Direct Energy. Hooktwith has also worked with AT&T holding different managerial positions. Additionally, Hooktwith has extensive banking and credit experience from various large Canadian financial institutions including Hudson’s Bay Credit and CIBC. He holds a B.Sc., Business Administration and a M.Ed.
Aktiv Kapital currently operates in Canada as Portfolio Management Group ("Aktiv Kapital Announces Acquisition of Debt Purchaser Portfolio Management Group," Oct. 3, 2005) and will be re-branding in the second quarter of 2008 to Aktiv Kapital Canada.
