Executive Change: Marshall Spence to Lead Operations at Aktiv Kapital Canada

Aktiv Kapital Canada Ltd., previously known as Portfolio Management Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marshall Spence to the position of Associate Vice President, Operations.

Marshall brings over 10 years of collections experience, including his previous position of Director of Operations for Aktiv Kapital, as well as a variety of management roles at Citibank and Citifinancial Canada.

In his new position, Marshall will assure all operations are reflective of the Aktiv Kapital Brand, which helps both clients and customers make informed decisions while delivering upon the organization’s values of Integrity, Collaboration, Insight and Ambition. Additionally, he will be committed to implementing operational efficiencies and strategies that will enable Aktiv Kapital to grow its current market position as Canada’s leading debt buyer.
