“ACT is dedicated to providing clients with the best in all aspects of our business and Dean Richardson is a perfect example of that. He embodies the skills, dedication, and experience essential to spearhead this new position and surpass our clients’ expectations,” says Dale Van Dellen, CEO.

Since first stepping into the debt collection arena over 20 years ago as a collector,  his level of involvement expanded to include high-level executive responsibilities encompassing nearly every aspect managing and operating a collection facility. Mr. Richardson also has significant experience in sales; his many years spent servicing clients in the collection arena supports Mr. Richardson’s ability to lead ACT’s Client Services department.

“I have known Dale Van Dellen for many years through our active involvement with the California Association of Collectors. ACT is a successful, respected and growing agency—I’m very excited to be a part of it,” said Mr. Richardson when asked what he thought of joining the ACT family.
