Executive Change: AR Resources Takes John Hill as Executive Vice President and Equity Partner

Blue Bell, PA: AR Resources, Inc. (AR Resources), a full service collection agency based in Blue Bell, PA, has announced that industry veteran John Hill has joined the firm as an equity partner and executive vice president, effective October 1st.

Mr. Hill’s experience in the accounts receivable management industry spans 25 years, with significant portions of that time spent in positions for industry giants such as NCO, Penncro Associates and Phillips & Cohen Associates. He brings to AR Resources a history of success in financial creditor markets, and plans to expand the firm’s footprint into banking, credit card, consumer finance, auto finance, and commercial sectors.

The decision for both was made easy as a result of a decade-long professional friendship between John and Mark Macrone, president of AR Resources, culminating in a series of talks over the past few weeks that led to the move. This new partnership satisfies not only the company’s need for additional help in growing and running the business, but also a
long-time dream of John’s to be an owner.
