Executive Change: America’s Recovery Solutions Names Skip Foster CEO

Amherst, Ohio-based America’s Recovery Solutions, LLC has named industry veteran Skip Foster as President and Chief Executive Officer effective August 1, 2008. Foster will become a partner in the organization as well as being the lead executive in charge.

Foster, a native of Cleveland, has been in the collection business for over 37 years and has long been recognized for his accomplishments as a key member of Senior Executive teams at collection agencies over the past 25+ years, including Van Ru Credit Corp, National Asset Management and West Asset Management, among others.

The chairman of America’s Recovery Solutions, Tom Culkar, stated, “We are very pleased to have an individual of Skip Foster’s talent, experience and expertise to head up our company, and we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship as we grow our company over the upcoming years”.
