Mr. Kaplan has 19 years of experience as a results-oriented collection industry leader having worked in the bankcard, education, telecommunication, retail, auto deficiency and government sectors. He has previously managed collection call centers for well known national collection agencies and has been recognized for achieving Best In Class performance for many clients.
