Employed as General Counsel of Intrum Justitia since 2005 and Secretary of the Board of Directors since October 2006. She holds a Master of Law Exame (LL.M.) from the School of Business, Economics and Law at Göteborg University in 1996. After court services at the Mölndal District Court in 1997-1998, Ms. Rydén worked at the law firm of Mannheimer Swartling in 1998-2005 and the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York in 2003-2004. She was a member of the Swedish Bar Association between 2002 to 2005.
