Euler Hermes Acquires the Assets of Resolve2Collect

Credit insurer Euler Hermes has completed an asset purchase with Resolve2Collect Limited (R2C), a company based in Ireland and specialising in debt collection services. Euler Hermes Credit Management Services Ireland Limited (EHCMS Ireland), a direct subsidiary of Euler Hermes Holdings UK plc, will now service R2C’s existing clients directly and offer improved services to existing and future clients of Euler Hermes. EHCMS Ireland will retain staff previously employed by R2C and will retain the R2C name.

This acquisition will further extend the local market support and expertise in Ireland which will be offered to all Euler Hermes’ insurance clients trading in Ireland.
