Convergys Expands Outsourcing Contract with Sprint

CINCINNATI, OH - Convergys Corporation, a global leader in integrated billing, employee care, and customer care services, announced today an expanded software licensing agreement with Sprint expanding its retail wireless outsourcing contract to include Sprint's wireless wholesale customers, reflected in a six-year contract.

Under terms of the wholesale outsourcing contract, Convergys will provide billing for Sprint's wireless wholesale customers. Convergys will further support Sprint's leadership role in the wireless wholesale market. In addition, leveraging Convergys' solution supports Sprint's objectives to consolidate billing systems and reduce costs.

Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Convergys' Infinys® Rating and Billing software will serve as Sprint's common rating engine, enabling Sprint to support its existing wireless services. Convergys will provide a turnkey solution to Sprint including product software, professional services for custom enhancements, and operational support services.
