Computers Unlimited Releases Latest Version of TIMS Software

Computers Unlimited presents version 3.4 of the TIMS software. While a handful of minor revisions to existing tools took place over the last few months, v3.4 is the first major update involving the addition of new enhancements since January 2008.

The top of the list reveals a brand new application, A/R Manager. Replacing the previous Cash Application, which was completely rewritten, A/R Manager features an innovative design, including extensive on-screen information and easily customizable views that guarantee more efficient work-flows.

"This is by far the most significant update in TIMS v3.4," says David Schaer, Computers Unlimited Director of Product Management and Marketing. "With A/R Manager's ground-breaking capabilities, customers can seamlessly devise new ways to maneuver their collection agency's efficiency and recovery, taking them to higher levels than ever before."

Other improvements include the new Credit Card system that provides a secure option for customers to pay via credit card, real-time pricing and flexible new display controls in Mobile Delivery, updates in Order Processing and Truck Distribution, and TIMS' powerful new customer management inquiry module, Customer Centric.
