Commercial Bank of Dubai Selects Admerex Collection Software

The $8.3 billion asset bank will use Admerex's CWX software.
Admerex Ltd., the provider of credit and collections systems, has announced that Commercial Bank of Dubai has selected Admerex CWX collections software.
CBD will install Admerex CWX, one of the world’s leading credit and collections software packages, to manage their collections and receivables process across the UAE.
Ahmed Shaheen, General Manager - Credit and Risk Management Group (CBD), said: “We are already using Admerex’s credit risk rating and loan pricing software, CVX. So, it was a natural progression to extend our relationship further with Admerex by investing in Admerex’s CWX.”
Rob Yeldon, CEO, Admerex, added: “Admerex is very proud that the emphasis it puts on customer service and software development has met the needs of CBD in all areas of its credit and receivables lifecycle. CBD will join our growing number of Middle Eastern clients, who are supported out of our Dubai office.”
