Collection Agency to Open 300-Person Call Center in Alabama

The Montgomery (AL) Area Chamber of Commerce announced yesterday that ER Solutions, Inc. (ERS), a Convergent Resources, Inc. company, will open a new call center in The Crescent Center, located at 2400 Presidents Drive in Executive Park.

According to company officials, ERS chose Montgomery primarily for the excellent workforce and proximity to the company's corporate office and a sister call center in Atlanta, GA. ERS is recruiting and hiring immediately with an expected staff of 300 by year end.  Various media reports have stated that the first 20 employees will begin training in a few weeks.

The Chamber's Corporate Recruitment team worked with ERS for several months to land the facility in Montgomery. "ER Solutions brings a new corporate presence to our community and excellent job opportunities for our citizens. I am delighted to make this important economic announcement," said Chamber Chairman of the Board Ed Crowell.
