CMS Goes Live with PIC Collection System

The collections and recoveries subsidiary of Credit Management Solutions (CMS) group, a collection and recovery agency in Africa, has gone live with the PIC Collections System (PCS) from PIC Solutions, adding value to their in-house system trace and legal systems.

CMS offers a range of services across the entire collections life cycle. These services include customer education, customer service reminders, front and back end collections, external debt collection agency services, legal process and debt portfolio purchases. 

CMS is renowned for its ability to tailor its business operations around client requirements and their decision to select PCS was based on the need for a flexible platform, ensuring scalability for future business growth.
