“In these difficult times, we think it’s important to celebrate the best practices that make companies in the ARM industry successful, and a big factor is employee satisfaction.” said Stephanie Eidelman, publisher of insideARM.com. “Participating companies went through a rigorous evaluation process, ensuring that top-ranking companies are truly succeeding in their efforts to provide employment that is challenging, satisfying, and motivating to employees.”
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill a number of eligibility requirements; including being a company in the ARM industry, employing at least 15 people, maintaining a U.S. facility, and being in business for at least a year.
Companies from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Collections. The first part consisted of a detailed evaluation of each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an anonymous employee survey. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.

Congratulations to all of the winners. Especially during these difficult economic times, the difference between success and failure is not judged entirely on where a company ranks on a batch track report or even levels of profitability. While these components are important, one critical differentiator is management's commitment to a positive workplace environment. All of these companies have achieved this level of success and should be commended.

I have been reading arm articles for years now and applaud the top 25 listed , but for the record we beat them hands down...we have little or no turnover the people make ALOT more money and the change up offered in our atmosphere with "spifs" extra bonus and community involvement
