A Warren, MI company now says it has room to grow, after cutting the ribbon on a 200,000-square-foot new headquarters location Wednesday.
Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. officially opened the building Wednesday, having moved from three smaller buildings in a nearby commercial park. The building is located in the Arsenal Renaissance District, along Van Dyke, in Warren.

The opening of the office complex is the latest in a string of good news announcements for AACC, a debt collection agency which has been on a rapid growth path for the past half-dozen years. It is also somewhat of a capstone for the Arsenal District in Warren, property that 10 years ago was a closed U.S. Army tank manufacturing complex, facing what could have been a bleak future, smack dab in the middle of Michigan's third largest city.
"This building gives us the capacity for continued growth and provides the technology backbone we need to grow our business," said Brad Bradley, president and CEO of AAC.
The company has moved its 600 Warren employees into the building and says it has room there for up to 1,400.
