Admerex Reports New Clients, New Board Member

The New Year has gotten off on the good foot for Admerex Ltd., the Sydney, Australia-based provider of credit and collection software systems, as it named a new board member, and announced several new clients.

Bolton, United Kingdom-based Ideal Debt Solutions reported it would use Admerex’s CWX software to manage the collections of its new debt collection agency services. Ideal Debt specializes in personal and business debt and offers consumers assistance with Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), debt management, remortgaging, and bankruptcy services.

In addition, Admerex licensed CWX to Indonesia’s third largest mobile phone operator, Jakarta-based PT Excelcomindo Pratama. Indonesia has a population of 226 million, with an estimated 65 percent under age 30, according to Admerex. Excelcomindo has a reported subscriber base of 15.5 million.

Admerex also named Chris Rowbottom as a non-executive Director to its board. Rowbottom was a senior vice president with London Bridge Software in Europe, Asia and the U.S., before becoming CEO of its Phoenix Banking Systems division in the U.S. He later was London Bridge chief operating officer and served on its board.

Admerex provides back office financial systems to more than 160 clients in the finance, debt collection, utility and telecommunications industries worldwide. It has offices in Atlanta, Dubai, London, Manila, Melbourne and Singapore.
