Admerex Acquires U.S. Collection Agency Credit Collection Services Group

Admerex Limited (ASX: ADL) is pleased to announce that as part of its commitment to the US collections market, it has acquired the collections business of Credit Collection Services Group, Inc. (CCSG).

In February 2007, Admerex entered the U.S. collections market through its subsidiary, Admerex Solutions, Inc. which operates out of Manila, Philippines. The acquisition of CCSG will enhance the company's current U.S. collections service by providing clients the ability to operate through a “blended” model.

Based in Savannah, Ga., CCSG has provided Admerex with an immediate platform to launch its blended model. The principal of CCSG, David Freitag, has joined Admerex as Director of Operations. Freitag commented, “The CCSG team has many years’ of experience in the U.S. collections industry, and we are very excited to be part of the Admerex Group. The businesses will integrate smoothly and the 'blended' model will be very attractive to potential US based clients.”
