Credit card acceptance and real-time processing, while a debtor is on the telephone, are crucial for today’s debt collector. Working together, CR Software and Regal Technologies have developed a real-time credit card gateway that not only gives the collector the ability to accept credit cards from within the CRS application, but also gives them real-time approval and decline results while the debtor is still on the telephone.
