SAN FRANCISCO — LiveVox Inc., the leading provider of hosted-dialer solutions, today announced the release of Prime Time Targeting, which allows users to target specific high value dialing windows for outbound calling campaigns. With the unlimited dialing capacity of the LiveVox Hosted Dialer, organizations can increase both agent productivity and account penetration during the day’s best time for contacts.

Most traditional dialing technology employs a “follow the sun” strategy of east to west dialing. LiveVox has long offered the ability to target dialing on accounts in specific time zones, but with this release LiveVox now allows clients to create self-defined “Prime Time” dialing windows in the morning and evening, on weekdays and weekends for specific campaigns and agent workgroups.

“Managers know that certain times of the day will generate the most contacts, but the capacity limitations of premise dialers make it impossible to keep agents sufficiently productive and get most out of those premier dialing windows,” said John McNamara, Chief Marketing Officer of LiveVox. “Now, managers have intuitive, point-and-click tools to execute campaigns and the unlimited dialing capacity needed to reach today’s consumers. Prime Time Targeting is an ‘on the fly’ tool allowing managers to take advantage of high contact situations as they present themselves.”

With the release of Prime Time Targeting, LiveVox now provides several ways for clients to quickly and easily set up and run campaigns, combining existing “follow the sun” and on-the-fly time zone targeting with the new calling window feature. The LiveVox system also includes pre-set, fail safe mechanisms to prevent dialing outside the legally approved dialing times.

“LiveVox continues to develop features that allow our clients to break free from the limitations of traditional dialers and broadcast technology providers,” said Louis Summe, Chief Executive Officer, LiveVox. “Companies need technology that continually adapts to meet today’s business challenges. LiveVox offers a feature-rich product that is always evolving and never obsolete.”
