With the implementation of Titanium ORE IVR, organizations can reduce operational costs by offloading a number of transactions from the agent to the IVR; thus reducing the call volume and the number of agents required to handle that call volume. The self-service IVR approach will also allow consumers to address their own needs at times that are convenient to them – with availability being as high as 24/7. Titanium ORE IVR provides the flexibility and robust functionality for organizations to custom design their own dial plans, to allow consumers to initiate transactions, such as inquiring on an account status or making real-time credit card payments that are authorized immediately.  The Titanium ORE IVR solution includes the text-to-speech application and the web services that can be invoked within the dial plan to authenticate the consumer, retrieve his or her information, and initiate payment transactions.

Installed on a server, the solution can scale easily by adding additional servers; clustering these servers can then also address failover situations. Furthermore, since the IVR is just another application on the data network, it can be housed and managed from one centralized location while servicing remote networked locations.
