Dear Centers,

Hope all of you are doing good business.
Here is an opportunity for all of us to make regular and steady income with an overseas call center project with good payout.

Please note that this is not like any sales campaign where we need centers to make hardcore sales. This is a sales-with-service project. The project is already being dialed by the client themselves for more than 2 decades. It is being outsourced because the client is on an expansion spree.

We congratulate you if you are thinking to show an interest in this project.
Experienced call centers or business people wanting to invest little money can also respond. We will be glad to assist you though the decision is yours.

Too many campaigns, too many clients and too many upfronts in the market makes our call center business a little risky these days even for brilliant and clever business people.

Please feel free to send us an e-mail with the details you require. You can be to the point. Let us be transparent for mutual benefits. Please send us a brief profile explaining your experience in various campaigns.

You can email us at innotechs@yahoo.com for additional information.

We look forward to your response and interest in our mailbox soon.

Regards,
Innovative Technologies
Skype: innotechos

Hey everyone,

I am starting a new business as a vendor to the collection industry, and I want to develop a small focus group to help me hone my service prior to launch.

What I will be selling is absolutely unique, very needed and very fun (in a wicked sense). Without spilling the beans here, I'll just say it is a subscription newsletter, but not like anything we have seen before, and it will be very, very useful.

In exchange for your assistance, I will be giving each member of the focus group a free six month subscription once it is ready to launch (sometime in the month of December).

I will be asking for three things from the focus group, but the time commitment is relatively minimal. First, I will be asking you to dissect my marketing message, tell me what you think is effective, what isn't, what you think about the price point, if I am missing something that you think would be a good addition, etc.

Second, I will ask you to beat up my web site. Run through the ordering process, refer friends, click links, request free trial issues, etc. I want to find any bugs or vulnerabilities before I go public.

Third, once we are ready to go public, I will be looking for some testimonials. If you agree that the service is a valuable one, and you like the way I have done it, I will be hoping to use a few testimonials on my web site. By this point, you will have had an opportunity to see a few issues of the newsletter, and you will know whether you are comfortable recommending it or not. There will be no pressure to give a testimonial if you do not believe in it.

Overall, I will be looking for just a few hours spread out over the next couple of months to help me do this. Is anyone here game?

Note: sorry consumers, this is for industry-types only.

Do cold telephone calls still work?

Holy crap man. Lately, I've been getting more cold telephone calls from collection agencies trying to "get their foot in my door" than ever before. I'm an OC now with tons of account, but it's hard not to be rude to callers when I get 5-10 per day from all over the country. In another life I was an agency owner, and I know that many of these companies should be ashamed of how their sales ditch calls are coming out. Most of these callers sound like they've got a mouth full of yesterdays roast beef when they talk, and they completely lack confidence in their pitch. They get to me, verify that I am the decision maker, and then they sound like their whole friggin' life depends on getting a sale and they just loose it. They fumble around with their words like Warren Moon and they just can't get it out of their mouth. It is sometimes entertaining. I asked a caller the other day if he thought he was doing a good job making his pitch, and he said "no", that he just started the job and honestly didn't have a clue what he was doing. I asked him (very respectfully by the way) if he received the same call from me, would he trust 10's of millions of dollars with me? He said "No, I understand what you mean", and hung up.

I'm okay with hearing a good pitch - hell, I might even be interested now and then...Even if I don't use you, somebody I know might. But I won't give you 10 seconds past your introduction if you sound like today is your first day or if you can't/won't/don't speak good english. Get with it group.

T
