Does anyone have any feedback for collection software that they are currently using? We are exploring the idea of converting but would like true feedback, from users not salesman. I run a 10 man shop where we are projecting to be a 15 man shop whithin 90 days. We would like to stick with a provider that will host the software. Any suggestions?

I am a debt buyer/seller selling to a great attorney client. He loves my product and has more than enough money to pay for it month in and month out but cannot take on all the volume I have for capacity reasons. He's kind of old school and I wondered if anyone reading posts in this forum could shed some light on how he could increase capacity on a budget, (read: with no extra manpower).
I strongly encourage your replies.
Currently researching collection software.. I would prefer something that is either terminal (like wy60) based or web based as I would like a cross platform option (Linux, Mac, Windows). Not a big fan of Microsoft Windows, so I would like something that I can use from any of them.

Currently using a wonderful terminal based program (bloodhound), however they are switching to a Windows based GUI and I don't really care much for it.. additionally their imaging software requires Windows to operate.

I am also open to perhaps a Java or similar cross platform software.

Suggestions greatly appreciated.
