. I am a Professional debt collector based in the New York city metropolitan area. I am currently looking to open up my own business. The agency that I previously worked dissolved. I am interested in opening up my own agency in the future. I would also like to enhance my debt colection skills and gain more knowledge about the industry. I also would like to possible network with people in the industry. The problem is, the registration fee is very expensive(especially for a non ACA member). I cannot afford it(I have enough to pay room/board/travel,etc, but the registration is exorbitant. I really want to go. I am eager to learn. Can anyone who is an ACA member sponsor me? I am currently in between jobs and using this precious time off learning more about the management side of the industry my skills while looking for work. I am sincerely eager to attend the ACA conference. I have never been to one and would absolutely love top attend. Can anyone sponsor me or help me in this matter? Moreover, if your agency or law firm needs some information that could be useful that I may be able to obtain at the ACA conference, I will gladly take notes and give a clear report. Lastly, inasmuch as I am a professional debt collector, I can give you useful feedback that may help increase your organization's revenue and productivity.I have a passion for this industry. Thank you.
