i purchase a small bad check file and i have all the bad checks, the checks are like 07 and they were 20.00 to 50.00 checks to department stores can i rerun those checks from my company account legally?

I agree. Anything over 6 months old would be consider stale dated and should be rejected by the bank.

IANAL and this isn't legal advice, but I don't know of any laws that would prevent you from attempting to redeposit the checks.

Have you checked with your banker?

i n most states you can try to deposit checks twice. I,m assuming this was already done by the original creditor. in that case it would be illegal.
