I don't mind talking to you but stop with the "now your talking to a bill collector" b.s.
Is this really your method????? Like I give a crap that you are a bill collector. I am either going to pay or not.

I did a youtube.com search for bill collector and the results made me laugh. Folks clown you guys all the time. Stop acting better than me. By the way i'm not paying no bill collector. Sue my ass and watch me win. Bye

This thread proves my point 100%, the bill collectors are no the problems, its the debtors who take money and refuse to pay it back, and then let this kinda attitude be hidden by consumer advocates who say, "oh poor debtor got called to pay a bill" give me a break....

Maybe if you hadn't stiffed the doctor, you could get back in for that schizophrenic mess going on in your head.

Yes, yes. You are right. These links prove that it's never the collector who is at fault.

I'm sure it was the debtor's fault that PRA filed 'thousands' of 'sworn affidavits' signed by someone who had been dead for 15 years!

But then again, they did not take the money from you, did they? You are merely a bottom feeder hoping to pick up some scraps left behind by those who do the real work. Let me give you a clue-Congress did not pass a law protecting people from consumer advocates. They passed a law protecting people from debt collectors. Now, why do you suppose that is?

Bad cops beat people up.

Bad accountants embezzle millions.

Bad priests molest little boys.

Bad politicians cheat on their constituents (not to mention their wives)

What's your point?

I thought that was obvious. Your state that "the bill collectors are no [sic] the problems" is untrue.

Clearly, you've been badly burned by collectors in the past and hold a grudge. I am sorry for you.

In my experience, most collectors are good, decent people trying make an honest living like the rest of us (well, maybe not like you).

You go ahead and keep on bloviating, and I think I am going to start doing better things with my time like most of my colleagues have already done.

If you're talking to me, I've never been burned by a debt collector. In fact, debt collectors are constantly paying me money. My credit is top notch. My bills are paid.

In my experience, most collectors are good, decent people trying make an honest living like the rest of us (well, maybe not like you).

There is nothing honest about being a debt collector. The truth is most of them lie for a living. They threaten people with lawsuits they don't intend to bring. They tell people that if they don't pay their debts they will be arrested. They tried to collect charges and fees they are not entitled to. They call people at their place of employment and try to get them fired from their jobs. They scream at people, and keep calling them at their homes or place of employment in order to embarrass them. This is what debt collectors are. These are the decent people that you are talking about. The proof is in the pudding. The fact of the matter is, no one has had to pass a law to regulate me. However, Congress did pass a law to regulate debt collectors. And the reason for that is simple. Everything I say is true about debt collectors.

You go ahead and keep on bloviating, and I think I am going to start doing better things with my time like most of my colleagues have already done.

No problem. And by better things with your time, perhaps you can steal candy from children.

In time my little friend. All in due time. They will see the fraud and theivery amongst the debtors and that too will have a bill passed to slap them silly like the ignorant foes they are. Typical debtor.
