ARSI is a comprehensive receivables management company.
Company bonuses are given in different ways: if a set goal is reached a company wide trip is rewarded; points are given to purchase gifts or time off; prizes are given when employees fill punch cards; thank you cards, movie tickets & bonuses are given to employees that go above & beyond; and bonuses are also given for large payments or exceeding set goals. ARSI hosts contests and also gives training bonuses.
In promoting employees to continue their education, the company pays expenses for one course per a semester for employees who’ve worked six months of employment.
ARSI buys fresh fruit at the beginning of each month. The company also has massage therapists/fitness trainers come to the office to perform free chair massages and offer discounted massages and training packages to staff.
Communication is facilitated through monthly staff meetings and Finance and Operations meetings (F&O), weekly SLT Meetings (Senior Leadership Team) and ten minute weekly “huddles” with staff and management. The company publishes a quarterly newsletter to its clients to inform them on employees and other aspects of the firm.
ARSI’s strives to putt people and quality above simply “making money”.
To assist in employee health expenses, the company covers employee life insurance. The company shares the cost of medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage with employees through an employee only plan or a family plan. Employees can qualify for the company’s health insurance after ninety days of hire.
