ACCESS provides third party collection services in the commercial business to business, insurance and education markets. The company is dedicated to third party contingency collections and has focused its efforts on becoming the best of its breed in the markets it serves.
Part of the incentives ACCESS provides to its collectors includes bonus incentives based on the attainment of a “monthly fee” goal. Bonuses are not capped. The collectors Minimum Fee Requirement (MFR) is 4 X monthly salary. Once attained, the collector receives a $300.00 bonus for hitting the goal and 17 percent of all fees generated in the month over MFR. ACCESS collectors have unlimited income opportunity based on their performance. Managers and administrative employees also receive bonuses based on the attainment of the company’s goal. All employees are included in special contests.
In the past, ACCESS has reimbursed tuition costs that relate to work for its employees, even though there is no formal rule in the company.
Employees are offered free coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and a free lunch is provided to employees at least once a month.
Access encourages all employees to take advantage of its open door policy for all and opportunities to meet with senior leadership.
Also Access invests in the health of its employees by covering 90 percent of health premiums, the company also shares medical cost with employees.
