ARM Solutions provides various solutions for recovering past due receivables, which include Flat Fee Collection & Customer Service programs, Contingency Intensive Collections and Workers Compensation Claim Auditing & Collection.
Employees are eligible for bonuses & incentives based on individual & group performance. Monetary and other awards are offered to employees for their exceptional performance based on company standards. Various teams within the company also have overall goals that translate into greater bonuses.
On top of commissions, bonuses, & other incentive programs, the company recognizes employees in other ways. Employees that exhibit exceptional performance are awarded plaques annually. There is also a company plaque that tracks the recipients of the awards that is publicly displayed. Activities to celebrate achievements & milestones are also held, which includes various off site functions, employee car washes and company sponsored lunch events.
The company pays for all continuing education courses. Employees have to submit for approval prior to taking the course, but the company encourages employees to continue their education.
Communication is encouraged with suggestion boxes, employee surveys, an open door policy for all and opportunities to meet with senior leadership. ARM Solutions has company wide ‘chat’ systems that allows all employees to quickly and efficiently communicate with each other. There is also an internal department structured email.
To engage in the health of employees, ARM Solution shares medical coverage with employees and covers employees’ life insurance.
