American Profit Recovery Inc. (APR) holds pride in helping their clients manage business to increase their profitability through low cost fee structures, customer-driven technology and early intervention.

The success APR has gained comes from the hard work its employees put forth for the greater good of the company. To acknowledge these contributions, APR has an incentive program that includes monthly cash and annual awards for sales employees and collectors, and quarterly and annual cash bonuses for administration.

Telecommuting options, along with the necessary equipment and access, are provided to individuals in certain positions to complete their job from home as needed. Some employees are limited to the amount of days they can work at home, while others are required only to be in office for weekly meetings.

ARP invests in its employees’ health. Two of the company’s three offices have free on site physical fitness facilities that include showers and workout equipment. For 2009, the company is planning to have health food in the break area and provide incentives to quit smoking, gym incentives, in-office health seminars, and possible on-site classes.

ARP’s Employee Assistance Program is provided through Paychex and provides a personal assistant, online self help tools, 24/7 access to a licensed health professional, free financial and legal consult on debt consultation and prescription drug discount card.

The company’s offers two health insurance plans that include shared coverage for medical, prescription and employee life insurance. Employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week for three months to be eligible.
